The Friends of Herkimer Home is a not-for-profit organization chartered by the New York State Education Depeartment in 1986. Its purpose is to promote the restoration, conservation, educational and cultural programs of Herkimer Home State Historic Site. Membership is open to the public.

Afternoon Tea
Herkimer Home State Historic Site
June 16, July 14, and August, 18, 2010
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Friends of Herkimer Home invite you to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea in support of General Nicholas Herkimer’s Georgian style brick mansion, built in 1764.
Hosted by the Friends of Herkimer Home, this will be our second season as we hope to make Afternoon Tea a summer tradition.
Scheduled for June 16, July 14 and August 18, 2010 from 1:00 -3:00 PM at the Herkimer Home State Historic Site, 200 state route 169.
The cost is $10.00 per person includes tea (hot and ice), savory tea sandwiches, assorted sweets and fresh fruit.
Reservations are required by calling (315) 866-0481.
Please make checks payable to Friends of Herkimer Home.
Garden or colonial attire is optional.

Come and spend the afternoon as you appreciate the past
while enjoying one of the Mohawk Valley’s historic treasures!
